Ann had decided that she was going to expand her culinary horizons. She, with the help of her husband, Vito, opened a 700 square foot storefront on the Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield. It started as just pizza to go, but quickly expanded into home-cooked meals that most people could only dream of.
In the blink of an eye, it was 1980, We had a new President and Vito had to cut back his hours at the Hartford Courant to help Ann. The 700 square foot storefront was suddenly a 1500 square foot sit down restaurant!
